Pastor Jeff Carrell is Executive Pastor at Faith Center. He and his wife Lorie have served faithfully in ministry for over 30 years in Paducah and in Indiana, where they planted the Awakening Church. Besides pastoring, Jeff founded Souls Matter, Inc., an international ministry that exists to bring restoration and health to pastors in need
